Well, this one's a "sort of." It's what you do when you are not ready to break ranks like Zell Miller, but are too honest to tell lies for your party. I sure wish Leiberman had gotten the nomination.
Democratic Sen. Joe Lieberman has raised eyebrows by telling Florida voters that President Bush has a strong pro-Israel record and John Kerry needs to do more to eliminate "doubts" about his support for Israel. "We are dealing with a president who's had a record of strong, consistent support for Israel. You can't say otherwise. And I think John Kerry, to reassure people, has to himself be explicit" about Israel rather than rely on surrogates, the Connecticut senator said. . . he's urged that Kerry speak out more on Israel because "only John Kerry can eliminate those doubts," the Palm Beach Post reported.I love how these people who are trying so hard to help Kerry win keep feeding him his lines (and he never gives them any satisfaction anyway). And they say Bush is Rove's puppet. . . .
Roger vonders if the election vill be decided at Volfie's.
PS. Unfortunately, none of us can be flies on the wall when Sen. Leiberman and former Pres. Clinton step into the voting booth. But if there was any way to verify it, I would bet large sums that they will both pull the lever for Bush. They know Bush, Kerry, and foreign policy intel all too well.

Well, Clinton for sure. He has his sights set on returning to the White House in 4 years, after all.
