Civil liberties coalition. Venerable 1st Amendment activist Nat Hentoff writes about
the growing coalition between conservative groups and such organizations as the American Civil Liberties Union and People for the American Way
to slay the many hydra heads of the Patriot Act. He also notes that this mainstream bipartisan resistance to weakening of the Bill of Rights is not getting much media attention.
